Why hasn't my tracking updated for a few days?
That's normal. A parcel is only scanned at certain points along the way, so a few days without a new scan doesn't mean anything is wrong. Your parcel keeps moving and this page updates by itself.
What if I'm not home when it arrives?
The courier usually leaves it with a neighbour or at a pickup point nearby, or tries again the next working day. You'll see here where it is.
It says delivered, but I don't have it
First check with neighbours, your letterbox, reception or a safe place around your home. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll look into it for you right away.
Can I still change my address?
Contact us as soon as you can. We'll check straight away what is still possible.
